<ASSEMBLE> (Hangul: 어셈블) is the debut mini album by tripleS featuring the first ten revealed members. It was released on digital platforms on February 13, 2023 and physically on February 15, 2023 with “Rising” serving as the lead single.

Despite not containing all twenty-four members, this album is considered the full group debut. This releases marks the official debuts of members Yoon SeoYeon, Lee JiWoo, Kim ChaeYeon, Kim SooMin, Kaede and Seo DaHyun.

Background

On November 25 2022, it was announced through SIGNAL #151, that tripleS would be debuting with the first 10 members. Those who collect COMO on the COSMO app would be able to participate in the 'Second Gravity' event, which would determine the title track of the debut mini album. Short snippets of eight songs were released each day over a week between December 1 and December 7 with Song B being determined as the overall winner.

"ASSEMBLE" was first announced on January 18 along with the announcement of tripleS' first pre-concert of the same name. The teaser rollout started on January 22 at 12AM KST with the release of YooYeon's individual concept shoot. Each day a new member was revealed continuing with SooMin then JiWoo, YuBin, DaHyun, HyeRin, NaKyoung, Kaede, SeoYeon and lastly ChaeYeon.

The "Rising" Commercial was released on the COSMO app at 9PM KST on January 31 and then on youtube at 12AM KST on February 1. Between February 2 and February 8, the group concept shoot, track list, unit concept shoots, Rising MV teaser and individual member behind shoots were released. ASSEMBLE's highlight medley was released on February 9 and a teaser for the pre-con on the 10th.

Concept

The concept photos for the mini album are in sets of two or three with the idea that the members are taking photos of each-other and having a good time with a camera, making each concept photo different and having a different personality for everyone. Nothing has been confirmed but it's speculated that YooYeon and Kaede, SooMin and HyeRin, JiWoo, DaHyun and SeoYeon and YuBin, NaKyoung and Chaeyeon are all pairs/sets.

Achievements

• The Rising MV accumulated 5.5 million views in it's first 24 hours of release.
• ASSEMBLE sold a total of 41,740 copies its first week of release.
• Rising debuted with 2,810,055 streams on Spotify in its first week of release, becoming the 3rd most streamed first week album in 2023 by a girl group.
