Kim NaKyoung (Hangul: 김나경) is a South Korean idol under MODHAUS and the seventh revealed member of tripleS. She was revealed as S7 on August 21, 2022.
NaKyoung made her debut in tripleS' first sub-unit, Acid Angel from Asia, with their mini album, ACCESS, and the title track, “Generation”.
She is a member of the sub-units, Acid Angel from Asia, ACID EYES, EVOLution, Visionary Vision and Neptune.
History[]
Early life[]
NaKyoung was born as Kim Jun-seo (김준서) on October 13, 2002 in Ulsan, South Korea. She is the younger sister of the soloist, BIBI. During her teenage years she legally changed her name to NaKyoung and also started auditioning for K-pop agencies. Somewhere between 2018 and 2021, NaKyoung entered P-NATION as a trainee where she trained with fellow members HaYeon and HyeRin. It is unknown when she left the agency but it's speculated to have been around mid to late 2021.
2022: Reveal & Debut[]
On August 19, S7 was anonymously featured in SIGNAL #80. Though her identity was kept a secret, she revealed that her older sister was a known soloist and that she was to be the latest addition to tripleS.
On August 20, S7's teaser drop image was released. NaKyoung was officially revealed as the seventh member of tripleS through her introductory teaser on August 22. The next day her "Welcome to the HAUS" teaser was released and she moved into the HAUS on August 25.
On September 22, NaKyoung was determined as the first member of Acid Angel from Asia through the First Grand Gravity vote. She made her debut with the sub-unit's first mini album, ACCESS and the title, "Generation" on October 28.
2023: ASSEMBLE, EVOLution & AUS Tour[]
NaKyoung made her comeback with tripleS' full group debut mini album, ASSEMBLE, on February 13. She also participated in the group's first pre-concert of the same name.
On April 24, NaKyoung was determined as the third member of EVOLution through the Fourth Gravity vote. On September 18, her teaser for EVOLution's debut mini album, ⟡ (MUJUK) was released. She debuted with the sub-unit and their mini album with the title, "Invincible" on October 11. NaKyoung, along with the rest of the EVOLution members, held their first overseas tour in Australia from December 20 to December 23.
2024: Seoul Tour, ASSEMBLE24 & Visionary Vision[]
Between February 3-4, NaKyoung participated in the South Korean leg of the <Authentic> Tour along with LOVElution, EVOLution and NXT members.
On June 16, NaKyoung was selected by HyeRin (Leader) as a member of the sub-unit, Visionary Vision. She debuted with this sub-unit on October 23 with the studio album Performante and the title track, "Hit the Floor".
2025: tripleS Come True Tour, ASSEMBLE25, neptune debut[]
From January 11 to March 30, NaKyoung participated in the tripleS Come True tour, together with SeoYeon, DaHyun, Nien, JooBin, HaYeon, Sullin, and SeoAh.
On May 12, she made her comeback with tripleS' second studio album, ASSEMBLE25, and the title track, "깨어 (Are You Alive)".
On September 6, NaKyoung was determined as a member of the sub-unit Neptune, through the msnz Grand Gravity.
On November 24, she debuted with neptune with the single "Fly Up" from the mini-album Beyond Beauty.
