Park SoHyun (Hangul: 박소현) is a South Korean idol and the fourteenth revealed member of tripleS. She was revealed as S14 on April 14, 2023.

SoHyun made her debut on August 17, 2023, in tripleS' third sub-unit, LOVElution, with the mini album, MUHAN, and the title track, “Girls' Capitalism”.

She is a member of the sub-units, LOVElution, Visionary Vision and moon.

History[]

Early life and Indie Solo work[]

SoHyun was born as Park SoHyun (hangul: 박소현) on October 13, 2002, in Ogeum-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea. During her teenage years, she featured in TWICE's Cheer Up music video as an extra[1] and as a back-up dancer for Momoland's MMA 2019 performance.[2] SoHyun was also the first trainee to be signed to MODHAUS, joining the company before they even had furniture set up. However, shortly after joining, SoHyun became sick and left. Continuing to write songs, MODHAUS listened to them and asked her again if she wanted to come back and debut around the time ASSEMBLE was released. SoHyun eventually re-signed to the company.[3]

During her youth SoHyun was also a popular ulzzang, and was featured in ulzzang facebook groups.[4]

On December 14, 2021, SoHyun debuted as an indie producer with her digital single album, 20, under the stage name, Autumn Han. She is only credited for production and vocal is credited to Bae SoYoon, another indie artist, however on streaming sites she is credited as the main artist. Between 2020-2022, SoHyun uploaded some of her self produced tracks onto her personal soundcloud.

2023: Reveal, Touch+, Debut with LOVElution, <Authentic> in North America, Strong Girl: Badge War[]

On April 4, S14's teaser drop image was released. SoHyun was then revealed as the 14th member through her introductory teaser ten days later on April 14. In her teaser, it was revealed that she had composed and participated in production for a tripleS song, which was later revealed to be "Deja-Vu" from +(KR)ystal Eyes's debut mini album, <AESTHETIC>. She officially moved into the HAUS on April 18, becoming roommates with YooYeon and Kotone.

On April 26, SoHyun was determined as the fifth member of LOVElution through the Two Big WAVes Grand Gravity.

On June 22, she featured on a new version of +(KR)ystal Eyes' song, “Touch”, titled “Touch+”, where she also appeared as a guest character in the music video.

On August 17, SoHyun made her official debut with tripleS' third sub-unit, LOVElution, with their mini album, MUHAN and the title track, “Girls' Capitalism”. She also participated in production for their b-side, “Black Soul Dress”.

From September 24-October 14, LOVElution kicked off tripleS' 1st World Tour: Authentic, with the North American leg.

2024: <Authentic> in Seoul, Acting, ASSEMBLE24 & Visionary Vision[]

Between February 3-4, SoHyun participated in the South Korean leg of the 1st World Tour: Authentic along with LOVElution, EVOLution and NXT.

In March, she was spotted filming for a web-drama, Peace, Taste, Heaven, however the drama has yet to still be aired.

On June 16, SoHyun was voted into the sub-unit, Visionary Vision, through the Visionary Vision Grand Gravity. The unit made their debut on October 23, with their full album, Performante and the lead single, “Hit the Floor”.

2025: ASSEMBLE25, Badge War 3, A Live 25, Hiatus & Return, moon debut[]

On May 12, SoHyun made her comeback with tripleS and their second full album, ASSEMBLE25, with lead single, “Are You Alive?”. She participated in the group's third season of their annual variety show, Strong Girl: Badge War which began airing on May 26.

Between July 12-August 2, SoHyun performed at tripleS' A Live 25 concerts in Seoul, Tokyo and Macau.

On August 14, MODHAUS issued a statement informing fans that SoHyun would be going on hiatus and would not be attending then upcoming events as per medical advice.[5] A few days later on August 20, MODHAUS released another statement informing of SoHyun's absence from the K-World Dream Awards and Hanteo Music Festival.[6]

In a statement released by MODHAUS in regards to the upcoming, postponed grand gravity, it was revealed that SoHyun played an important role in the process for the upcoming units, writing and composing a title song for the gravity. Due to her tight schedules, her condition became poor, thus she was advised to take leave by professionals.[7]

On September 6, SoHyun was determined as a member of the sub-unit moon, through the msnz Grand Gravity. Nine days later, she appeared in SIGNAL #728, showcasing her first work session at the studio with various staff. There, she first revealed the songs she composed as they discussed the production of the four upcoming units. She debuted with moon on November 24 with the single "Cameo Love" from the mini-album Beyond Beauty.

On September 26, MODHAUS released a statement informing the return of SoHyun from her hiatus, officially resuming her activities with tripleS.[8]
