sun (Hangul: 썬) also known as tripleS sun, is tripleS' 12th sub-unit. The unit was formed through msnz Grand Gravity, with Xinyu who was selected as the leader by advance drawing. They debuted on November 24, 2025 with the album, Beyond Beauty, and the single "Bubble Gum Girl".

2025: Formation[]
On September 3, in SIGNAL #722, the msnz Grand Gravity was announced to make 4 six-member sub-units. Xinyu was revealed to be the leader of sun after drawing a slip of paper with the letter "s" from a box.
From September 5 to 9, YooYeon, Mayu, ChaeWon, ChaeYeon, and HyeRin were determined as members of sun, in that order.
On November 24, sun made their debut with "Bubble Gum Girl" from the album Beyond Beauty.
